I woke up January 6 in a home that had plunged to 47 degrees because my boiler had failed during the night. I called the company that repaired a leak on it a few months ago but they were booked. I called another company and was told they would call me back as soon as the scheduler arrived. No one called. I phoned another place that told me they don't work on boilers. Finally, I called ACE. The gentleman who took my call assured me someone would be over within 2 hours. Justin arrived in 1 hour and 50 minutes. He not only fixed the boiler, which involved moving the water heater in order to get to it, but also took the time to attach a part to the top of the water heater that should have been done. He also suggested I remove the valance covering the hot boiler pipe the former owner had placed because it was unsafe. It's a relief to find a heating company that promptly responds and does excellent work.
